List an Item

Earn from what you own

Discover how to list your own items and earn extra income.

1. Create an Owner Account

To begin, you need to set up a free owner account. If you already have a renter account with Linkiipal, simply upgrade it by adding your preferred payout method. This process is quick and easy.

2. Add Your Item

Once your account is ready, you can list your item in three simple steps from your dashboard.

  • Take High-Quality Photos: Take several clear pictures of the item from different angles. Use a white background and good lighting. Be sure to include photos of any flaws or imperfections.
  • Enter Product Details: Navigate to your dashboard, click "add new product," and follow the on-screen prompts.
    • Categorize Your Product: Select the appropriate category and product type.
    • Provide Key Information: Add the quantity available, the location (city) of the item, and a specific, descriptive name or title.
    • Write a Detailed Description: Clearly describe the item and click next.
    • Add Specifications: Choose at least one specification from each list provided.
    • Upload Photos: You must upload at least one photo. You can also add a YouTube URL if you have one.
    • Complete the Safety Checklist: Select at least one item from the safety checklist menu.
  • Set Pricing & Logistics: On the final page, you'll set your financial and delivery options.
  • Pricing: Set your desired rates for hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
  • Security Deposit & Currency: Set a security deposit amount and select your preferred currency.
  • Delivery Fees: Add delivery fees or choose to offer free delivery. You can also opt-in to Linkiipal's administrative delivery and pickup service.

3. Manage Bookings & Earn

The final steps are to choose how you want to manage incoming requests and activate your listing.

  • Booking Preferences: Decide how customers can book your item. You can either require that you review each request before approving it, or you can allow customers to book instantly.
  • Listing Availability: Set the listing to be always active or available for a one-time specific period. Once you're finished, save your listing to add it to your catalog and make it live.

Once your item is reserved, you'll be alerted so you can prepare the item for the renter. Now, you can start
